I entered my credit card details into Backstage, however payment does not seem to have been taken. I need to set up my email account so can you advise how quickly this should happen?
Payment will only be taken if there is an amount due. If you see that there is indeed an amount due, and the system is not taking payment, please contact our billing department so that they can help solve the problem.
