Yes you can. You can choose what features a client is allowed to have in cPanel by going into WHM (reseller access), and clicking on “Feature Manager”. You can then edit the features that show up in cPanel.
You will then need to change the “feature list” for each package it applies to. You can do this by clicking on “Edit a Package”, choose the package you want to edit, and choosing the applicable feature list. All domains on that package will be updated to that feature list.
