How to disable Softaculous?

I have a reseller account. I can’t find a method for disabling softaculous. I’ve went as far as creating a new package and utilizing feature manager to disable every feature, yet the softaculous icon is still displayed in cPanel and the scripts are still available.

The issue described in the opening post was due to using the X theme. When switching to the X3 theme, the softaculous icon was removed.
