Site5 - Built For Designers & Developers MENU

I would like to enable one of my usres to administer his own web site (one of many I host at Site5) without giving him the master password. How?

I want my user to be able to administer only his own web site. That is, I don”t want to share the master password (that would enable him to mess with the others.)
1. What URL should I give him?
2. What login and password should I give him?
3. Will he be able to use a dashboard to install WordPress?
4. Then can he do content management that way?
5. Surely you have an online manual that answers all these questions but so far I haven’t found it… Please send the URL if it exists.

Thanks!

To grant this level of access, you would need one of two things – a reseller account, or a HostPro+Turbo account. That is, if you’re on shared hosting (you can set this up by default in a VPS plan). In either case, you could set up the site as it’s own subaccount, and they would have normal access to SiteAdmin or CPanel as a regular account, but would not be able to control anything on your other sites.

If this is set up, they would have full access to their own hosting account through SiteAdmin, which would allow them to install WordPress using WebApps, manage email addresses and site content, etc…

MultiAdmin, the interface for HostPro+Turbo plans, is detailed at http://kb.site5.com/control/multiadmin/multiadmin-overview/
