Is there a way to connect MySQL workbench to MySQL databases on Site5.

I tried using my host servername, database user and pwd but connection was refused.

I guessed the server name was the same as my hosting, but I couldn’t find any info if that was a correct guess or not.

Hello,

Using the domain name as the hostname should work, yes. You will need to allow access to your IP address, though. Within SiteAdmin, click on the Remote MySQL icon and enter your IP address as shown at http://www.site5.com/support/whatismyip/

You should be able to connect after that.
