In the event I want to upgrade my shared hosting plan to a Managed VPS, I had a few questions.
1. Can the needed downtime for the migration be scheduled? I have clients that use the system and would like to inform my clients.
2. Ideally a weekend or late night migration would be ideal, is that even an option?
3. How long is the downtime typically?

Yes, we can schedule the downtime for a time that works for you, including a weekend or a late night. The length of the downtime varies, but is rarely as long as an hour.
