I am not familiar with Akeeba, but all you should need to do is transfer the entire Joomla directory over to our server. Then, you need to import a backup of your database (should be in a .sql file format). You can import the database backup from phpMyAdmin (available in SiteAdmin/cPanel).
You will then need to modify your Joomla configuration file (configuration.php usually) and make sure the settings for your database are updated to match the information for your Site5 account instead of your previous host.
Please also remember that if you are a new customer, we do offer a migration service that can take care of all of this for you. Simply submit a migration request from within Backstage in the “Addons” tab.
