I have a huge problem. I have 2 VPS servers on Site5. So I use them as a resseller.
Well, sometimes my client has its email password hacked or stoled. And the hacker send thousands of authenticated SPAM. Site5 say there’s nothing it can do about it.
And the IP gets listed on RBLs as SpamCop.
There MUST be something we can do about it. Its impossible to demand my hundreds of costumers to be a security expert, or even use a secure password. Sometimes he barely can use an email.
I even cant check my VPS mail queue. Say I should get one Unmanaged VPS is not a solution for me.
Hope to hear from you.

I am sorry to hear of the troubles you are having. When it comes to mail and RBL listings, options are fairly limited. All mail from the server is sent from the same IP – the shared IP address on the server – and as a result any compromised script or password can potentially lead to a blacklisting for the whole server.
I understand that it is not practical to expect full security awareness from all of your clients, but it is something we have taken into consideration already. All passwords generated on our servers have a display showing how secure they are – this should be used as a guideline.
When it comes to a blacklisting on your VPS, we can check into it for you, resolve the issue, and get the IP delisted – this is what managed means. If it is a regular occurrence, we can offer some tips on how to prevent it going forward.
I would recommend going through a support ticket, which it seems you have done in the past. We can go into far more detail there, and offer some more in-depth guidance on this.
