Hello,
There are a few things that could cause this. It may be a database setting, or something within WordPress itself. I have removed the login credentials you posted here, as this is a public site, but I would ask you to open a ticket with our support team on this. I have taken a look in your database, but could not locate the cause of this – our support team will be able to do more via the helpdesk.
