Hi there! This is not something we would be able to offer much help on, as we run Linux servers, rather than Windows. However, with Apache, most often this issue is caused by incorrect mime types being set, which causes a failure to read PHP code as actual code, and instead reads it as plain text. This is not the only possible cause (and may not even apply in a WAMP environment), but it is the most common cause in Linux servers.
