But I wanted to clarify if these backups of the shared hosting include mysql data or not? And is it for all table types within mysql as some ISPs backup just some types.
Yes, we back up your databases as well, and keep these for a month just like other data. The only issue with table types is if you are using InnoDB tables – we can restore these as well, but the process is a little different and can take a little longer to complete. There should be no real difference to you, though, as the extra time is at most an extra twenty minutes or so – usually less than an extra two minutes.
