Hello,
You have a few ways of doing this. Within the WordPress admin area, under Themes, you can browse themes and install one directly from there. Or you can download one to your local workstation, unzip it, and upload it to the wp-content/themes folder on your site, then WordPress will pick it up and make it available to use.
