In addition to having email accounts for a domain, it would be nice to have calendars too. Are there any default packages or installation instructions for those?

Unfortunately caldav servers require a daemon to be run. Because of this, it cannot be run on any of our managed services. However, you will be able to use them on our unmanaged services when they become available. For more information, please see the following link…
