Yes, I realize that there are no admin panel functions that do this, but there are ways to do it manually, for example, using exim. See here: http://forums.cpanel.net/f43/hidden-copies-incoming-outgoing-emails-201801.html#post828491
What I’d like to know is, since SiteAdmin is based on cPanel, can I use these same exim hacks to do it, or is there something that would prevent this? Does Site5 use exim?

Hello,
I looked into that same solution, but unfortunately because that requires modifications to the root EXIM filters file, it would not be an option on any of our managed products.
However, you would be able to use that solution on our unmanaged VPS products once they become available.

That feature is unfortunately not currently available in cPanel/SiteAdmin. Because of that, there would be no way to do this on any of our managed services.
