I have a customer that has 2 domain names but does not what to maintain two web sites. How can I have pole-bee.com and polebee.com point to he same web site structure?
You would want to use the “parked domain” feature if you need them to both go to the same website files. Parking a domain on top of another one will basically make the second domain alias the first one. You can set this up in your control panel (or SiteAdmin) from the “Domains” section.
I use my own domain name service, not site5. I use forwarding. Depending on your domain registrar (where you bought your domain name), you sign into your account, find the domain you want to point and follow the instructions. That is kind of vague I know, but again, each registrar is different. You will have your main domain name, and the other domain pointing there. Example fo me is: a main domain: Judethree.com, forwarded domain calvarybelington.com if you type in either, they both end up in the same place.
