How do I setup WHM?

It seems like all the tutorials talk about using WHM, but I can’t even see where to set it up. I believe I’m using Cpanel, but is there a description somewhere on how to set up WHM so I can follow the tutorials?

WHM comes installed with all of our reseller and cPanel VPS services. If you are using any of these services, the login information can be found within your Site5 welcome email.
