Hello,
If you are referring to your hosting account, you will need to submit a cancellation request through Backstage (http://backstage.site5.com).
To unsubscribe from the Q&A notifications, simply send an email to qa-unsubscribe (AT) site5.com from the email address you registered with.
We will remove your email from the Q&A/KB email system within 48 hours.

Hi Thierry,
If I understand you correctly. You wish to be removed from any communication received from these Q&A forums? Good to hear that there are some people out there that does not just impulsively hit the “Spam” button!
I myself have not learned how to do this but I imagine that you should take this up with Support from your Site5 account. They would be able to assist you!
