Can you help me with my RVSiteBuilder issue?

Can somebody please assisit with my problem. I logges a request but the host cannot help. I am using RVsitebuilder. I created a photo gallery but cannot see the photos when I open the web site. It use to work fine up to a few days ago. I alo getting a message the site work better with cookies on. Look like my cookies are disabled. How do I activate the cookis as it might be the problem. Still-photos

Hello,

If you have a ticket open with our support department, could you please provide me with the ticket ID so that I can check on what has already been recommended?

In regards to the cookies, I am not familiar with any issues that may be causing the RVSiteBuilder gallery not to work because of them being disabled. However if you are still interested in testing that, the option can normally be found under the Content settings or security settings of your browser. If you let me know what browser you are using, I will be able to provide step by step instruction on how to enable them.

I also recommend that you try testing the site from a different computer to see if that helps.
