Bernard, if you are not using IMAP as the connection type, this could be the cause of the issue. However, if you are indeed using IMAP, I recommend you open a ticket with our support team so that they can attempt to figure out the problem.

Do you mean, deleting mails from a IMAP account via mobile devices? I get this same problem on my iPhone/iPad where you always get the message “Unable to Move Message – The message could not be moved to the mailbox Trash” Any info would be very helpful.
