Hi there! Normally, this would not be possible, but our support team can certainly take a look for you. You can request this via a ticket, entered through BackStage – we would need to know the port number, the IP address you would be connecting to, and the reason for it. We may be able to open that port for your user only. This is more likely on a VPS, but it occasionally happens on a shared server, as well.
