How do I alter the default email confirmation for new accounts and add information to it?

I’ve set up a reseller account, created a package and setup a new account within the reseller package. By default, the email address for the new account gets emailed some very basic information. I want to change what is automatically emailed:

Provide my branded dns rather than Site5 dns
Provide cpanel address, username and password
Provide temporary cpanel and public html addresses so the customer can access their account prior to a domain switch

How do I do that?

Unfortunately, that isn’t possible. The email is hard coded in WHM / cPanel. The only way to get around that is to have a billing system, such as Blesta / ClientExec or WHMCS (we offer the first 2 for free, the latter has a small fee).

Within the billing systems, you’ll have some email templates that contain all the information you want to send a client.
