You have to follow some steps for doing this task.First you must login into cPanel .after that you can a under files ,click file manager from under files.Then from popup select Web Root and Show Hidden Files, then click Go.After that you can Locate and select the files or folders you want to copy or move (hold Ctrl to select multiple items or hold Shift to select a group of items).

Hello,
There is really no quick way of doing this. You would need to copy the files one at a time, and only within the same account. If you are moving a whole site, it would be faster to use FTP or a CPanel backup file.
