Hi brandon412,
That is actually a very broad question, and involves a lot more than we can answer here. If you are on a managed service, however, the good news is you don’t have to – we do it for you. On an unmanaged service, a lot of the work is done by Cpanel directly, and can be further secured using the Tweak Settings options in WHM.
