permission to catch jpg’s fles in a folder

Hi,
my second site that use: http://mysute.com/imagesfolderforapps/anyimage.jpg
is blocked: 403, 404 error appear instead the jpg.

I’ve prepared an htaccess like this:

Header unset Cache-Control, public”

and transfert as ASCII to the some folder where the jps are.

In the cPanel i can desable the file catch for all site, not for only one folder. Then i’ve rewrite the htaccess.
But without success…

somebody can help me?
