This is the error it display when i try to add photo gallery

Sorry, Cannot get your max database(s)
how do i solve this

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that. If you are reaching the maximum number of databases on your account, you would not be able to create another. However, this error seems like it may be something else, and I would recommend you contact our support team for investigation.
