In ‘Manuel email client settings’ I see outgoing mail needs server authentication. Can you tell how this can be done as I find when I reply mail it is bounced. It could be the reason?

Manual Email Client Settings
Mail Server Username: ****@home*****.com, or ****+home****.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.home****.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.home****.com (server requires authentication)
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
If you would like to use SSL with either your incoming or outgoing mail server settings, please use these server settings instead of your domain name to prevent certificate mismatch errors.
Incoming SSL Mail Server: zeus.site5.com
Outgoing SSL Mail Server: zeus.site5.com (server requires authentication)

As for the question, can you contact our support department at https://backstage.site5.com and send us the bounceback error you’re getting? The settings you’ve pasted here should work, so the bounceback can be related to something else.
