This morning I worked with one of your techs on my email issue.
I can access web mail but not Outllook. I removed the exiting account and tried to start a new email account which did not work.
I cannot access the server still. Now I have no email account.
Can we try resetting the password please? Any other suggestions.
You can reset the email password in SiteAdmin, under the EMail Accounts icon. Simply click the edit icon for the email address – it looks like a pencil – and you can change the password.
If that fails, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to work with you to get Outlook working normally.
