Unfortunately PHPFormGenerator sets all files it creates to the wrong settings. You must CHMOD files it creates to 644 – though possibly 600 may work lower is better if it works. Include subdirectory files as well. The directories must be 755. – you should get a thank you after successful form submission but the form still won’t email if you are not using a email set up within your cpanel – you must use a email you’ve set up for use on your site even if its only to forward.
