In any support ticket, you should see the ticket ID in the subject line, or in the URL when reading the ticket in BackStage. In BackStage, when viewing your tickets, you should see the ticket ID there as well. Ticket IDs are in the following format:
AAAA-11111
That is, four letters followed by a dash, then five numbers.
