Hi, I just installed Word Press on my website but don’t seem to be able to log in. I’ve entered both the email address I use for this site and the username “SCasey” that I am currently writing to you from. I’m not sure how to determine my WordPress username. Any info you can provide me would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Hi there! The WordPress username is set up during installation, and can be anything you like. The default username, if you don’t change it during installation, is admin – give that a shot. If it does not work for you, you can contact our support team via chat, phone, or email and we can pull the information from your WordPress database for you 🙂
