I have multiple domains under one site admin account. I just purchased another domain and I’d like to create an email address for it. However, it doesn’t show up in the drop down menu in the create an email pane of my “backstage.”
Does it take 24 hours for it to show up, or is there some step I haven’t taken yet?
I bought the domain through site5 using my account.
Have you added this domain to a hosting plan? Registering it is not enough – it will either need it’s own subaccount, or be added as an Addon Domain to an existing hosting plan.
