Assuming that I am correct in understanding what you are looking to do, you have two options.
1) You can perform a full backup of the account and let the client have it. Your client could then take the backup file and have it restored on their own service.

2) Have your client order a service/create an account from our website (http://www.site5.com). From here, you can give them the login details for the addon account and have them request an external migration.
