Which “username/password” is used for phpMyAdmin access from link in Backstage?

In trying to access phpMyAdmin from the link in Backstage, every username/password combination I have fails. Which combination am I missing? I expected it to be a mysql user and password, but this does not seem to be the case. Thanks!

If you are logging into phpMyAdmin directly from SiteAdmin (part of backstage), you should not need to re-type your login details. I recommend that you open a ticket with our support department so that they can look into this for you.
