I help with theremedyproject.com which is a domain hosted on site5. When I try to access the site from home on my wireless network via Comcast as ISP, I get connection errors in mail and time outs in web browsers. If I turn off WIFI and rely on Verizon LTE, it connects quickly.
FWIW I am on an Apple Time Capsule for home networking and there are no content filters on it.
It is possible, yes. Can you run an MTR to the domain from Comcast, and another from Verizon (http://kb.site5.com/?s=MTR) and open a ticket with our support team? Just explain the issue and provide the MTR results, and we can take a closer look.
I also manage fullmoonlightingllc.com that is also hosted on Site5 and it WILL connect on Comcast. I just tested travispaulding.com that is on the same account as theremedyproject.com and it WILL NOT connect. It seems to be something connected to this server/account. mail.theremedyproject.com will not connect and mail will not pass through. I have google apps email tied to the travispaulding.com domain and that email DOES work.
