If the domain is registered through us, you should be able to do this in BackStage, using the Domains tab. Edit the domain (using the pencil icon), and you can change the nameservers there.
If you want to keep the nameservers with us, and just change the A record, you can do that in your DNS Editor in your control panel, or make the request to our support team.
