Hello,
In-order to transfer your domain away from Site5, you will first need to unlock the domain. This can be done by going to the domain tab inside of backstage and clicking the edit icon for the domain you wish to transfer. Uncheck the “Locked” option and click save changes.
You will also need to get the transfer key, this can also be done from the same screen and can be found just below the “Locked” option on the left-hand side.
Once you have the domain unlocked and the key in hand, you can then proceed to the registrar of your choice and start the transfer process.
