How to get subdomain working with Cloudflare

Hi guys,

I have a domain (from other registrar) hosted in Site 5 and configured to use Cloudflare service.

I want to add a subdomain, so I tried to add from cPanel, but this option just created redirect to a subdirectory, also doesn’t work with CloudFlare.

I tried creating a separate account in the WHM, which works before, and still getting error that address can’t be resolved.

Any idea in how to fix this?

I’m sorry to hear of the troubles. I am not 100% certain what you are describing, though – the subdomain uses the same DNS as the main domain, so it should be covered by Cloudflare as well. What redirect is happening?
