Possible to have a php site main domain with a subdomain of RoR

I’m trying to setup a sub domain to use Ruby on Rails. Not sure if this is possible with the main site being setup for php. Anyone have any ideas how to make this work?

Yes, this should be possible. A subdomain has it’s own document root, and you can set this up the same way as a main site using RoR.
