I recently received a notice from Site5 that you would be switching my server name from webster.site5.com to webster.accountservergroup.com and if that if I am currently connecting to FTP or SSH using the former server that I would need to change it to the new server address “in my FTP and/or SSH clients”.
Here’s the deal……..I don’t know if I am using these protocols (unless they are standard usage or automatically used), and I have don’t believe that I have any FTP and/or SSH clients…….I don’t even know what that means, so please bear with me.

I hope this reply finds you well!
If you’re not using any software installed on your computer to manage your website, you’re probably not using FTP or SSH. If you’re logging into your control panel, and clicking on File Manager, you have nothing to worry about with regards to these changes.
