Do you mean that you want to whitelist an entire domain name from ever being caught incorrectly with SpamAssassin? If so, you can do that from the Spamassassin settings — look for the whitelist_from setting. For an entire domain it would look like this:
whitelist_from *@thewhitelisteddomain.com
