Unfortunately you can’t add them directly to the dialog that you speak of, however there is a more advanced way of adding emails to the blacklist.
You will need to use a ftp or ssh client, but you can modify the config file (.spamassassin/user_prefs) directly adding as many blacklist entries as you like. For more details on how to do this, please look at the link below.
