I want to use my reseller hosting account to install roundcube. I want to customize the roundcube interface to represent my corporate identity. Can I install one copy of roundcube on my website account and have all of my custoemrs log in through one area, or do I have to install a separate copy on each of my customers accounts?

That would require a server-wide install/modification of RoundCube, which is not possible on a managed service. You could certainly do this on an unmanaged VPS, however – http://www.site5.com/vps/unmanaged/
