Can I set a customer to ONLY have sFTP access?

Most of my customers have had only sFTP access in the past. I am not certain if I want to give them cPanel or not, but for now, just to transfer the sites, I want to give them sFTP. It seems that I can only give them FTP access and I do NOT know the address for that either.

What FTP server should they be using IF the DNS is not yet switched over

You can’t shut off FTP or cPanel access if you want SFTP. If each customer has their own cPanel or SiteAdmin account, you can connect to the server IP or server hostname, and login to SFTP with the same information as the FTP account.

Note, SFTP access does not work with addon FTP accounts.
