FTP information for uploading site via Adobe Muse or similar

I have installed WordPress for an Addon Domain, but would like to be able to upload the “old” site via FTP using Adobe Muse or Adobe Dreamweaver.
Then I will produce at new site en WordPress on a subdomain and transfer it to the addon domain later.
The owner of the site would like to have the old page live waiting for me to launch the new site.
Where can I find the FTP information?
I read something about a welcome mail, but since I have just moved my mail address to Site5, some of my mails were erreased. So I don’t have that welcome mail.
Can anybody help me?
