All you would need to do is connect directly to either your domain name, account IP address, or server hostname. The username will be the same login you use for cPanel/SiteAdmin and your main FTP account (not your Backstage e-mail address).
Remember, sFTP is only available to actual user accounts. Sub-FTP accounts will not have sFTP access.
