How do I install any WordPress plugin into my existing theme?

Hello guys, I am novice on WordPress and have recently started my blog over it. I want to integrate it with a commenting system. Can somebody illustrate me the right procedure to do so?

There are two ways to change previous domain, one is by requesting via option available under Addons tab & secondly by registering fresh domain and deleting the previous. Both the ways are chargeable but if you go with second one, will be free from any interruption, as either of your domains would be functioning at a time. There are several registrars like https://domainia.com/popular-domain-names and others to whom you can consult with. Also you can take advice of experts from any discussion board. Good luck!!!
