Only thing I would like to say, for integrating your website or blog with a comment option, first you need to decide which commenting system would like to use. Disqus, WordPress, livefire, viafoura, etc. are some prominent examples of such commenting systems. There are number of plugins available on net, which can help you to meet your desire. I would advise you to go with wpDiscuz – WordPress Comments because I have personally used it. Although, you can also search on internet for other options. Once you have selected then can proceed further for installation of that plugin. Procedure illustrated by jdavey is so helpful for you.
