Like the error says, the domain is invalid.

point-of-contact.co.uk points emails to mx.point-of-contact.co.uk.a.emailconfig.com which doesn’t exist.

If your email is hosted at site5 then the MX record should just be “point-of-contact.co.uk.” (with the final dot, not the quotes.)

If you copy your ssh key to each site, you can just login to every user without needing their password.

either do ssh [email protected] or ssh [email protected], where servername is the name of the server your site is hosted on.

Make sure wordpress is the latest version.
Make sure all addons are the latest version (and bin any that aren’t being maintained)
Make sure everything else on that account is up-to-date, and bin any scripts that aren’t in use.
Make sure all PC’s you use to access the site are virus free.

You can only access it via siteadmin.

If you want to change it you’ll need to install your own copy.

Or just forget it and use Google analytics, it’s much better and easier.

Firstly you need to make a script that does what you want.

Make a file somewhere and put the following in it:

#!/bin/bash
cp /path/to/file /path/to/copy/to

Then in the cron job editor set the command as bash -e /path/to/that/script/you/made
