Can I set a customer to ONLY have sFTP access?

There should be someway to secure FTP. It seems nuts to allow anyone any access to a server’s file structures without encryptions. If I were king of the forrest, I would make this a server wide policy. My question is, can’t cPanel defaults be configured to only allow ssl over port 22 and deny unencrypted at port 21?

IF the domain is transferring FROM Network Solutions you need to do the following
1) Make certain the domain is UNLOCKED
2) Request an Auth Code

Try that .. GoDaddy to NS has a different process (slightly)
