How long can user generated backups stay on our server?

If I generate a backup via cPanel or SiteAdmin, how long will the backup file stay on my account?

Our servers are configured to automatically remove user generated backups from our system after a period of 14 days. This is done to prevent our customers from exceeding any disk space limitation that may be in place as well ensures that our servers have plenty of space available for your data.

The backup removal mentioned only applies backups generated using our SiteAdmin or cPanel backup system. This does not apply to the regularly scheduled off-network backups that we do of our customer and server data.
